Dating someone with multiple personalities.

Sounds like dating someone with multiple wives - "pleased to meet you Mrs. Zooma" x 5

you're only asking for trouble getting involved with someone who has an intellectual disorder. this isn't something to joke about people it's actually a serious thing. something like schizophrenia.
no bugga that, i wouldn't want to deal with someone's mental issues.

The first reasonable post in this thread so far.

Been there, done that...

Its not worth the effort or the hassle.

agreed i dated someone with a similar disorder, they also deserve to be loved... but it is not easy lemme tell you that.. think about it but if your question is serious and you like the girl go for it maybe speak to someone like a shrink on how to handle it....

Would dating a girl with multiple personality disorder be the same as dating more than one person at once? Would it be cheating on if you dated with both personalities?

Only if she is a new virgin every other time!

... thread is completely non serious and hypothetical .. started on Friday afternoon ... I suspected it would get the 'don't joke about serious stuff' responses. Sorry if it causes offense. Happy Monday!

It's not intellectual, it's physchological....

I'm currently dating somebody with bipolar disease/disorder. Yes, it ain't easy, the relationship has it's ups & downs, just like any other. But she takes her meds, and she's open about it and tries very hard to control it. Like some poster said previously, "they" deserve to be loved, just as much as any other "more normal" person. But yeah, you need some patience and perseverance.
Good luck!

i just like to "act" diplomatic when around some people who have psychological disorders in case i get told they don't have anything wrong with their "brain". :)

MPD is a psychological dysfunction... as is schizophrenia....

If someone takes offence to it being called a psychological condition, then they need to HTFU.
