Dating Thought Experiment

I came up with an interesting thought experiment, since discussing the Friend Zone is all the rage these days.

Imagine if the current status quo of dating were reversed - that the friend zone was the only way a woman would date you. Women would only date men that shower them with attention, go to romcoms with them, cook with them, go shopping with them, etc etc.

What would the result be? Would women get bored? Would men go out of their minds? Would the population die off?

Why would you date if not to eventually have sex? Even if, in some cases, it might be after marriage.

I think women would get bored, I mean, who wants a man that will do everything that they ask of?A women loves a man that is a bit wreckless because atleast she is not going to be bored in the relationship.Im not saying that you need to be a criminal or a tool, but show some restraint sometimes when they ask you to do things.

I think that men would go out of their minds, but if this was the only way that a man could get some action then he will just have to bite the bullet and suffer, but then the sex must be out of this world.

I dont think that population levels would die off because of point 2.

It would have a massive effect on leadership I think. Currently, the most successful males, the "alphas", are not necessarily nice. They won't shower a woman with affection and would not tolerate being in the friend zone. These guys would no longer be the top dogs.

What would that mean to world wide leadership? Would alphas still dominate leadership?

That is pretty much how half the world is. It doesn't work. Women are bored and can't figure out why they can't find a guy who is nice and isn't a wuss and men can't figure out why women despise them so much despite them doing everything women say they want.

Men need to figure out how to be a man with out being a d!ck and kind and caring without being a push over.

The most successful males when it comes to woman are the Alpha males and not the Bill Gates(we not taking money into consideration here even though that has a massive impact.)We need to look at what an Alpha male is, because women are programmed to react favourably to an Alpha male than to a geeky dude.

If a Lion looses their harem of females, would that Lion still be viewed as a King of the Jungle?

If you want success with women, you have to be a player. You have to tread the line between arrogant and thoughtful. You cannot come on too strong, you might even need to be a little distant. You need to make her unsure of herself and make her work to get you, as opposed to the other way around.

Go in there with flowers and chocolates and compliments she will lose interest fast.

I get the point. What if this, what if that. There are too many "what if's " in this world.
It's beta because thinking of such things doesn't really help you progress any where with women.

Besides, it looks like you only define yourself in terms of success with women, which means you are still beta. An alpha gets women when he wants them. You still obsess about it.

Does an alpha male surf because he enjoys surfing or because he worries about what other people think about him and wants to use it impress women? If you only do things that you think will help you make progress with women, then you are by definition beta.
