David Makhura

David Makhura is Provincial Secretary of the African National Congress in Gauteng Province. He is an Ex-Officio Member for the African National Congress in Gauteng. Makhura holds a Masters of Science (MSc) in Public Policy and Management from the University of London and is currently pursuing a PhD in Future Studies.
