It should get locked.

No offence but it is completely pointless, and my threads of a much less pointless and asinine nature have been completely deleted, so to keep up with the 'fairness' of the forum, this one should be deleted or locked too.

And you sir, can just piss off if you find it asinine and pointless. I said there is a point to this, and there is, even if it might not be readily apparent right now.

Sorry, I don't mean to be rude but I cannot begin to fathom why people will call for threads to be deleted, when they don't even need to be in the thread in the first place. I didn't invite you here, you came of your own accord. :p

Hey don't get me wrong personally I have nothing against your thread.My problem is the fact that my thread got deleted which much less random than yours. The only thing I have a problem is the unfairness or seemingly random moderation.

Another example being that I got an infraction for calling someone jokingly an ass hat while I'm certain you won't get one for telling me to piss off, which I regard as being more offensive than making a simple joke.

I do understand what you are saying Pooky, unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your view :p) that is always going to be the nature of forum moderation. If it's any consolation, I've had threads closed a couple of times that I strongly do not feel should have been, but what can you do?

It's kind of a place holder, this thread. I'm not asking anyone to post in here, and if anyone has an issue, all that needs to happen is that people refrain from posting and I will bump it when I need to.

That is generally what I would do. It seems this was an ill-advised course of action on my part. If you'd like to lock the thread, feel free. Perhaps I could get it opened at a later stage to explain.
