Do you require players to have mics?
I'll gladly join but currently don't have a mic.
Also, what's the community like? bunch of murdering scum or there to support?

We are playing on a server that is in Sweden (Low ping 190ms - 250ms no lag). We have the best admins and players alike. You don't require a mic(In future it can benefit). We all play together to do mission and so on.
