Is anyone available to do a once off contract job to assist with a performance issue i am having?

Is it a single performance issue or a general performance issue.
Reason I ask is a single issue could be a quick re-write of a SPROC or something.
A general issue could mean a lot more work, like investigating indexes, normalisation and all that jazz.
