DBN Bandwidth query

All DBN Users I would like to know if anyone else has been having bandwidth problems the last 2-3 days. Using Bandwidthplace.com I was getting tests of around 70-90kbits/s. Also local ping times are hovering between 400-600ms which is in my opinion just insane.

Any one else?

i'm not in durban, but i have noticed a drop in speed for the past few days, since Monday actually... been a bit sluggish.

i'm also on the 256k package and live in Randburg, Jhb.

Well I don't know what was wrong if anything or it was just a bad day but the connection is back up to 200kbits/s on international sites all looks good again for now..
