I see a new version has been released and loaded it last night on my Linksys - have not explored all the newer functionality but one which did make me take note is that you now have the option to deactivate / activate the linksys wireless radio at certain times every day.
Seems to be quite a boost to me security wise as I can deactivate the wireless on the router during the hours when I am at work and only have it active when I am at home in the evenings (when I can see if there is a possible hacker trying to break into my network (read neighbour :) ))

What I also did only see last night is the DD-WRT v23 SP2 SPECIAL firmware that allows you to actively limit bandwidth usage per PC linked to the router. This also sounds like a cool function as I let my neighbour's son use my internet via wireless when I have had a slow month and heaps of BW left over come month end. Only prob is they charge 20 Euro for it. Has anyone used this firmware and specifically that functionality re bandwidth limiting? Is it worth the +- R200 outlay for the firmware? I am in the process of setting up Rflow collector but must still load the standard DD-WRT firmware on my 2nd router to get it working 100%. (This however only gives an indication of bandwidth used per user.)

If anybody has any ideas/ software pointers surrounding bandwidth limiting on a user basis via the linksys dd-wrt, please let me know.
