In iTunes, make sure you're logged into your store account. Check the right hand side of the store window... Quick Links. Click on Account. In the Apple ID Summary you'll see Computer Authorisations. You should be able to de-authorise all your machines from there.

Found it, turns out you have to de - authorize all you computers, and then re - authorize the ones you want authorized. You can have only 5 computers authorized on your iTunes account.
