De Lille slams mobile operators

ICASA who they only in a name but do nothing why have them to was money. Interconection rate should be 15cents and 5cents call rates should come down to 35 cents and 20cents per min billed per second and stop wasting moeny on sonsurships.

It is pathetic and now that the DoC has also eased it's stance on the matter, I'm going to buy some more shares in Vaseline as I'm sure that sales will be on the up for the next few years yet again.
 
It's really simple .. no teeth. Until licences are revoked or seriously threatened no telecoms operator will give a crap.
