De Velde Fibre (Somerset West)

Hi guys,

I will be moving into the De Velde complex next month, and would like to get connected to Fibre. I believe this is facilitated by SADV.

I am currently using wireless internet through Snowball (meh), so I am a total noob when it comes to Fibre.

I would like a 100MB line, and my main usage will be Netflix, youtube, gaming (and sometimes some work).

Who would you guys recommend?

The fibre network in the complex is from SADV. Using Cool Ideas uncapped a 100Mbps is R1219, with free installation and router. You return their router when you cancel. If you stay alone then 100Mbps seems like an overkill. 50Mbps for R909 will do just fine or even 20Mbps for R809.

Those prices are expensive. Get the WiFi from your neighbour and split the cost.
