How the hell do I get this done?
I tried:

I called the call center yet they assure me it has been done... its not done.
I tried to disable it in the phone settings I get an error:
"Unable to deactivate call diverting. Unsupported by operator"
The only reason I want to disable it is because the phone rings twice then diverts. Which gives you
just enough time to take the phone out of the pocket to watch it end.
