Dead connection after reaching cap!

Purchased additional bandwidth this morning cause I needed to get something as quickly as possible. After using up the purchased 1GB, I was disconnected. Whenever I connected my connection just died as described in another thread.

WTF is my 64k after reaching the cap? WBS you fu©kin wankers! :mad:

Anyone else still experiencing this problem. I could only acces helpdesk.wbs.co.za when my connection died. Just when I thought iBurst was getting better they fu©k it up.
 
Had this happen the last 2 months in a row, have not been capped this month yet but I suspect that it will happen again.
 
According to the helpdesk on Friday, this problem has still not been sorted out... :(
Buy a gig, it will get you going again. Ask Shaun Green to arrange that the charges are reversed, or wait to speak to him tomorrow.

2 CHOICES.............. mr green or get ADSL
so if mR Green cant sort you out, (he sorted mine out).... get adsl
