Dead Inverter - please assist.

I bought one of these at Mica in 2008/09 Was idle for a couple of years switched it on recently and it worked for a while. A few days later, its completely dead. no power. Nada.

checked plug and external connections, all seems fine. Should power up even without batteries connected to it of which I have 2.

Checked fuses? And especially fuse holders for expansion?

Where are the fuses located?

There is a reset on the back looks like a fuse holder just push in to reset.
