But who is going to inform helpdesk since we all know that Shaun Green and others from wbs read these threads, yet no replies from him or any other wbs techie, therefore the conclusion I come to is that since the technical staff have no clue to the problem how can we expect the helpdesk staff to know what a dead IP is caused by.Ekhaatvensters said:The problem is that those guys arent infomred about these tyes of problems there. Plus they are used to dealing with peopel just a bit stupiud er than them, the type who use IE and install the bundled Norton that came with their PC and still pay for it.
Maby if the user base werent so stupid the support would be better.
