Some help please guys.I have a Nokia N70 which is totally dead after the service provider gave it back to me from their technical dept. The problem was that sometimes the phone will cut of a call and it was send for repairs, now its dead. When on charge the screen comes on[white] but when the charger is removed it is dead again. It also feels like the power button on top is not right. What action is there for me to try and resolve this problem.

It sounds to me like your classical power plug failure. Its alive which means it still works when charged but only when it gets power directly from the source. Without any power its dead...

So there must be a problem between the power connecter and the battery? ...

They [CellC] show me the finger, tell me they are only responsible for the simcard not for the phone.

i had an old nokia that had to be soldered every time i could not get it to power on. i did the soldering myself, the tiny switch kept coming off the board, but i certainly do not recommend the hassle to a lady.:)
