Dead router?

I have one of those Telkom Marconi Wi-Fi routers (came with the self-install). Anyway, this morning when I tried to connect I got the "attemting to connect message" but no more... I even phoned WA to try to figure out why I couldn't connect and after exhausting all other options figured it must be the hardware. Anyway, I plugged in my Billion router and everything worked first time.

Is there a way to test whether the router is indeed busted, or should I just take it back to Telkom?

Youve got nothing to lose.... Lube it up and go to your nearst Telkom shop and stick it where the sun dnt shine.

Or maybe try a F/W upgrade.....

Go to the Internet Cafe Next to the Chinese Restaurant below AKADEMIA and go speak to YU and pay him R5 then you could dowload it quickly!!???

Or just pop the BILLION in there.... Sorted....

have you tried a factory reset? Most of these devices have a reset button which if held in for 10 secs or so will cause it to revert to factory settings.
