hi guys im crazy about dead space 1,2 i think they made it so awesome, i class it(if it was a car LOL) in the range as a veyron, agera, reventón and SLR! for a game to give me that caliber of excitement! DAMN they must have done something right

But you really should play System Shock 2 to see where much of the story originated. Yes, I know that SH2 is now more than 10 years old, but much of the plot in DS1 was lifted straight from SH2.

Still, I enjoyed DS1 quite a bit, even though I recognized the plot ....

One thing that bothered my about DS1, though: Why on earth did the spaceship have so many ventilation fans / ducts all over the place?
(other than for Necromorphs to pop out of)

@fvdbergh the creator of System Shock 2 is it maybe not the same creator as Dead Space it might have been the same guy

@Lycanthrope im excited now going the eXecutive Books and going to order it they have quiet alot of game books but didnt see DS so thought there wasnt one

Didn't enjoy Aftermath as much as Downfall though.

yeah no i saw those, one of the main things i like about dead space is the story line
