(I sent this on the iBurst website, but I'm not holding my breath for a reply)

My UTU1780D appears to have died...

I received it when I signed my first contract in November 2008.

What I want to know is:

Is there a warranty of any kind on it?

Can it be repaired? If not, what are my options for a new one? Specifically, is there anywhere in the Cape Town northern suburbs where I can walk in and buy a new one?

I would gladly buy a new one on the iBurst site... if only it didn't throw up error messages. Two attempts so far - no joy
