It gets pretty hot in the kitchen when traders can’t do their jobs – if they can’t do their jobs they lose money and become very unhappy – especially with you. So you need a bit of a thick skin.
However, there are long quiet periods when everything is ticking over nicely – and this is an ideal time to complete your CCNA or upgrade your CCNA (we will even pay for these courses on successful completion).
Playing Grand Theft Auto or engaging in social media will get you a quick exit from the company.
The job requires a special aptitude/attitude, curiosity and the ability to provide alternatives.
Initial salary will be in the order of R15k to R20K - plus a traveling allowance. Occasional weekend/after hours is required – for which you will be paid.
If you ‘take’ to the job you will qualify for profit/equity sharing and have a real say in running the company.
