I have too much work and had to get my 11 month old baby a nanny to take care of her during the day so that I can carry on with work (I work from home, so I do see my baby during the day, even though I am not the one actually taking care of her)
My question: I got the nanny through a reputable agency (SA Nanny) but how do I know when it is OK for me to leave to leave her in the nanny's care for an extended period of time (e.g. 2 or 3 hours) while I leave the house for e.g. errands?
I know, I am over-protective, but this is in fact a stranger and I need to exercise caution!
