Dealt with "It's Home Electrical" ?

Hi,
This company seems to have good solar specials and good reviews on Google and Facebook. But almost to good on the review side. Has anyone dealt with this company before?

Saw that actually, registered on there just to ask if the system that was ordered was legit.

Having a noob keyboard warrior might just be a rookie error form a manager.
 
Hi all,
Apparently it is all good. Must of been some dodgy person with the keyboard causing issues, but company is good.

Because the guy that left the initial comment (nic) about getting solar from them is happy with the service he got and no issues from his side.

So the attack was out of the blue and unwarranted from that account.
 
They recently installed my system. I has a few reservations after seeing this thread. So what I did was a bit of a background check on them. Confirmed them with cipc, the department of labour, the green card training facility and all that.

Everything is above board.

They came and installed my system within a day. Their team is decent and I haven't had issues with the system.

There was a slight misconfiguration on the setup but they resolved it fast.
 
I eventually got a 5kw system from them. Did a lot of research and asked many people that had reviewed them. Was facebook stalking people.
Just waiting on my COC. But have had it for a week now. Works well.
Just dislike that most of the correspondence is via Whatsapp. But that's personal preference, I suppose.
 
Did you guys see the review on Helopeter? Some hectic stuff. @Keegan89 Better export those chats to google in case you need it in future

Hi I have used them and done my full PV Installation on 4Nov2023. This was a nightmare I only recieved my COC a month later 8Dec2023 afrer I had to report them to the AIA. Johan Erasmus use bully/abusive language to try and intimidate you. Do not pay It's home Electrical in full until you are satisfied with the installation and have your COC in hand. Take the swearing and bully tactics, if you pay them Johan will use the COC as leverage. My experience, pay the little additional but have a save system that will comply to all the requirements, without Johan screaming and swearing you. DO NOT USE ITS HOME ELECTRICAL.

After this review, more swearing and threats will come. Johan will likely make allegations of racism, and further threaten you to remove the post. Stand strong my man. My advice: contact the inverter app proprietor asap to unbind your inverter. Then open a new account and re-connect your inverter. That way he cannot sabotage your system remotely like he did with mine.

Hi been through the racism thread already. its now more then month later and I still font have a save system that complies to the regulations, had to spend additional money to fix all there wrong doings. They have drilled through my main power supply and lie about it and just saying it was not them even if i show them the photos of before the installation and after clearly showing they drilled on the spot to install the generator swtch. More trouble and abusive threads from Johan Erasmus.
