Dear Afrihost, Please Explain

I am on 384 uncapped. Earlier this morning my router lost connection to your authentication servers and spent two hours trying to connect before it finally went through. I have used 13.329GB so far this month.

I Skype, I play MMOs, and that's 319ms of latency to JHB!

How is this an acceptable level of service?

This is preposterous.
 
You getting throttled cause you used more then 10Gb of data. Doubt you will get a response from Afrihost.
 
Also had trouble authenticating this morning, took me about 40 minutes to finally get up and running..
 
My 5GB afrihost account is running slowly as well... so its not only the uncapped accounts.

Going the same route as iBurst it seems. Afrihost is over subscribed and now with the uncapped they are not able to service all there clients it seems and doing what most companies in this country do, put there head in the sand & hope it blows over. :p
