ear iBursters,

iBurst has just reached the 200 base station milestone! This is great news for you because it means you're more likely to experience the very best that iBurst wireless broadband technology has to offer. We had planned to reach the 200 base station mark only at the end of 2007 so we're thrilled to be well ahead of our rollout schedule.

The following base stations went live in September: Hennops Park (Gauteng), Parkhill Gardens (Gauteng), Kagiso (Gauteng), Marlboro Gardens (Gauteng), Atholl Gardens (Gauteng), Springs (Gauteng), Lambton (Gauteng), Gezina / Rietfontein (Gauteng), Southfield (Western Cape), Brackenhurst (Western Cape), Sydenham (KwaZulu-Natal) and Durban North (KwaZulu-Natal).

That South Africans find iBurst an appealing technology is evident in the fact that we now have 50 000 subscribers. So as we progress from one milestone to another, it's clear that good coverage and great customer service are combining to form one powerful product offering.

Kind regards,

The iBurst team

great customer service? some people are really living in their own little worlds... hopfully my break from iburst is clean and i dont get billed this month by them... [considering i'm still getting emails from them....]

They don't seem to update their coverage maps either which is a bit silly considering only those who following the press releases or get the mails would know there are apparently new base stations.

Ja, they didn't acknowledged the Southfield tower for a whole month, I hope its on the status pages now.
