Please get the people who designed your billing system and fire them all. Your billing system is terrible... really terrible. I like everything else about you guys, except your terrible billing system.
Unless one has a full time employee double checking your billing system, you cost small ISP`s an amazing amount of money. Services get cancelled but not removed from billing, and Oh mah word.. please learn the definition of itemized billing.
I understand many ISPs have left you because of your billing system (Web Africa springs to mind). Please do something about it.
Seriously... if I didnt know better I would think you are intentionally trying to screw people over and be deliberately obfuscate.
Even Telkoms billing system is better than yours.
Please fix your billing systems and if possible, it also wont hurt to send your accounts people on some kinda personality courses to work on people skills.
