Dear Rain

Its Ironic that my RAIN sim has been working (Well kindof) right up to the moment that it started raining, now it doesn't have signal at all, which sucks quite a bit

Mine reports full signal, does speedtests well over 20Mbps but still can't stream YouTube, or connect to Adobe.com and now makes Netflix look like a Tetris tournament.

That is strange, mine is fine when there are no clouds, when clouds show up, no signal at all. I'm not sure what Rain is trying to do, but its definitely not working as they intended
 
I've been on their network from the beginning and since November began I have been having issues with them shaping certain things, especially YouTube. Not acceptable.

You're right, their service in general is terrible since mid year.
If you check their facebook page there are hardly any good comments these days from 4G users.
 
The happiest day, when I canceled RAIN and moved on to better days. They piss all over their customers and expect them to be loyal?

Had great speeds for 3-4 Months until they thought they will move to uncap packages. Then I guess they pissed all over that when they decided to move to 5G. Will not take them long to piss off the 5G customers when they decide to move to something else.

I will never ever use another RAIN product, piss poor customer service.

I was down this morning 05:00 when I checked due to load shedding in the general area of my tower. Must be honest downtime due to load shedding a foreign concept coming from ADSL.
