Dear Sentech - give iBurst a call and take notes

I'd like to say that I am impressed with iBurst, even though they are really only doing what any company SHOULD do and treating me as any company SHOULD treat a customer.

I've been dealing with a lady by the name of Jordanna, who has helped me with many small details during the sign up process. Notice how I can directly contact a specific person at the call center - rather than getting a stranger every time.

They are willing and able to do simple things like transfer calls, send and receive faxes without it feeling like a huge effort on their part.

They are knowledgeable, competent, friendly and helpful.

They rather treat your query as a unique event, rather than searching for some generic answer to get you off the phone.

They are motivated - when I said that it isn't too serious if the modem isn't delivered on Friday (TWO DAYS AFTER I ORDER! Note how quickly this was processed!), Jordanna said she wanted to get it done this week because we'd been "prepping" for it for a while.

I must say, although I am sure they are not perfect, iBurst is in another world compared to Sentech. So if you're looking to switch and you want a company that seems to actually care about you somehow, switch to iBurst.
 
And maybe they can ask Tinkerbell to sprinkle some fairy dust on them too?:D
 
I'm hoping for father christmas to sort things out... i promised him an extra glass of milk if he did
