First I must thank you very much for updating to the EPP system (sure it was a decade late, but better late than never). The system is awesome.
There is however, one major silly issue that you intentionally create.
If a client registers a domain, and working nameservers are not entered within a week. The domain gets put on hold. Please stop this! No other registry does that! It creates a ton of really unnecessary admin work. This creates unnecessary down time and confusion with clients. It is lame.
