I am now sick and tired of this , I have been trying for days to get an answer on my order. Here is a copy and paste of my last post.
"I have the same issue . Did the credit check stuff, had the first payment deducted etc etc etc.
Phoned today - my five days have expired and no reference number, no courier , no feedback, and get told there is a problem with the computer and my order hasn't been processed yet? Not impressed at all . I am seriously considering cancelling this whole deal and going elsewhere"
I have messaged the man - Telkom Mobile - no answer I have phoned telkom and let me just say - If I hear Ralph saying "Dear valued Customer.........." once more I will go ape... Can anyone advise me who to contact?
 
So you ordered a phone over the phone. I did this once, then you tell them you want a blue one, and they don't have stock. They will wait till the stock arrives. You need to get a number where to phone them with a ref.

They are not telkom, but some private company.

They have stock , that was confirmed. They still haven't given me my reference number - nothing has been processed but my money has been taken weeks ago
 
Don't ever do telephonic orders ever.. rather go into a branch and if stock is available then sign.. I have seen a lot of complaints on hellopeter whereby people sign up for contracts in store or online. The consultant will phone and say some story there was a mess up with delivery etc.

This principal of theirs must stop. The consultants are working on a commission they get paid.
 
They normally tells you that if you sign now, the special is available. They don't want to give you chance you investigate or sleep over the deal.
