Debate on SABC 3

Anyone watch it? All I could see was the ANC side-stepping critical questions and blameshifting, such a shame but no surprise.

I was surprised that Zille didn't get a lot to say, anybody else watch it?

What else does the ANC do except side step important issues and make empty promises!!

Rather watched some series, time better spent. Jacob Zuma: the yes man - you can fool some people some of the time, but you can't fool me!

I watched the hour long debate broadcast from JHB on e-tv (3rd degree) last night. Quite interesting. I think Zille spoke least of all and not because she had nothing to say either. She was in the CT studio and was constantly interrupted and even had to ask Debora Patta to tell the others to be quiet. I have to say I found Mantashe to be a blithering, babbling, rambler of nonsense and what I found most surprising was that at one point, Debora said to him something to the effect of "Ah, yes. In the adbreak you mentioned that..." to which he cut in and said "aaah...no, no, no. We don't speak about what I said in the adbreak. It's only what is on now on live TV..."
