Not the answer you want, but their acc systems seem antiquated
I pay my DSTV annually in Feb
I subscribe to DSTV Now which is included with a premium package.
This stopped working on 29th April and I can no longer log in. DSTV tell me the package is owned by someone in Nigeria with a different email from mine (I live in Cape Town)
Despite me telling them my customer number and ID and the fact that I have been a DSTV subscriber since 1996, they won't budge
It was suggested I cancel my account and start a new one. However, if I do this, I will lose the already paid subs from now until Feb, some R8100. Their systems are not geared up to make changes like this
