Debit order verification stuff up

Yippee-ki-yay, mother trucker....Afrihost doesn't disappoint with their early April fools pranks.Received an email this morning at 00.06am telling me I need to verify my banking details.Not exactly sure why you need to verify it again, correct email address and is addressed to me.

Went to the client zone, clicked on billing and what do you know, considering the little green dot next to my banking details, it would be physically impossible to verify my banking details again without the act of some deity.So quick question, bar having apologized for your embarrassing email skills on numerous occasions, how exactly are you going to go about fixing your retarded emailing system from sending out the wrong emails.Considering the system stuffs up on a regular basis and considering you asked me to verify my banking details, I have to question your security and how safe my details are.

You seem to be rather incapable of doing it without people telling you to do so, thank goodness I am considering leaving your fail train soon enough, no amount of apologies is going to fix the problem when you start mucking about with my financial information.

I am putting you on notice and final warning, FIX your email system, before I do it by removing my self from it PERMANENTLY......

Not really :D Telkom should also be getting an equal share of my pointy stick, unless you want to get in line as well :D

But seriously, afrihost is slipping up big time :( with sending out wrong emails, again this morning while connected and browsing email and mybb, for no apparent the throughput simply stopped on the connection and it required I reconnect it has been happening a lot over the last 3 months neither signal, or hardware issues as it works perfectly fine hours on end, on the MTN APN.

Lets not forget the fiasco with the system saying you ran out of data, when you haven't, which if I remember correctly, that issues were from the moment I signed up last year till at least around Jan-Feb before it was finally fixed, from what I can remember.

Mobile data packages are still in the stone age, reseller or not, they could have easily negotiated with MTN to offer better data deal packages even if it meant having to sign a contract.

Honestly it isn't isolated entirely to getting incorrect emails.....The general experience is getting long in the tooth....

If your payment details have been verified, you shouldn't been to do it again unless you've changed or updated your payment details.

Do you have multiple payment details saved on your account?

Nope, only the debit order account appears on the billing page, the email was in error, question how did you mess it by sending an email in the first place.
