But if you do not move on it you make 0 return.

Below is a link to four video's I did regarding this issue. Its a bit long winded I know but its necessary to make sure I get the point across.

It depends on alot of variables like what interest rate you are paying, what investment return you can expect, how long into the debt term are you (because the closer you are to the end of the term the less interest you pay), etc etc.
