I didn't see any thread such as this so starting this one. We were thinking of going to Kruger for few days but 5 days accommodation is coming out to be close to 20K at Protea Kruger gate. Is this flipping the new normal these days? We paid this much for 9 days for a decent accommodation in Barcelona 2 years ago.

Many of the namibian resorts seem to consider 3+ year old children as adults. I found it very strange. Do you guys reach puberty at 6 months there?

Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Thanks. 15K is definitely less than 20K and it is not available so I save all of it.

What were the prices before COVID? We've been to a couple places recently that were expensive, but waaay cheaper than normal so it's all relative I guess.

Also it's peak season so expect things to be more expensive.

They reach puberty when they have their first beer. So probably 9 months.
