Always a good idea to check max weight though, I come in at 105kg (6' 2" & big bones, that's my excuse anyway ) and have found it's best to go for a minimum of 120kg.

I have a similar one, maybe slightly cheaper, but the fake leather is peeling off. Mine is probably just more than a year old.

Can't say that's ever been a problem for me, but fair enough.

Don't think the lower end of the spectrum will accommodate much more than that.

Mine has lost only a little bit in the middle of the seat at the seam, and a little around the arm rests. Overall not bad for pleather.

You might also wanna just check if any businesses are closing down or moving and auctioning off their furniture. I managed to get a really good deal when IBM moved offices in Cape Town and sold off all their old chairs and desks. Got proper executive chairs at R100 each and wooden desks at R100 as well.
