Seeing as we have a thread about dealerships to avoid, here's one for dealerships worth visiting.
Lazarus, in Centurion. I ordered a part, and they realised that there were two parts listed for my VIN, and ordered the second one just in case - and it was the second one I needed. Lovely premises, including a museum and a room full of toy cars for purchase.
Rand Ford, Randburg: Bought my car there second hand. The salesman phones every few months to see how things are going. Also a good parts department.
Human Ford, Bloem: Car had problems on the way to the coast, and I nursed it into Human Ford. They kept me up to date on progress, charged exactly what they quoted, and did a perfect job.
