Decent Dedicated / Co-Location Hosting?

So one of my servers is having 12% packet loss when trying to ping it...

It's co-located at Hetzner, and it's pretty urgent that it gets fixed!

So I phone Hetzner, only to find out that they stick to office hours! (email support on Sundays until 17:00)

Is there anyone providing a decent co-located / dedicated hosting package that offers 24 hour support?

Dont know, but i'd definitly try IS/DataPro/MTNNS as they all have great colo hosting facilities. I'd also try some smaller hosting co's like webafrica, adept, storm (apparently acquired by datapro?), etc.

Okay, So i've discovered that Hetzner does actually have an Emergency Number you can contact if a Dedicated or Co-located customer.

You have to log into their KonsoleH Control Panel, then click on Account Admin -> Hetzner Services -> Emergency Numbers.

Exactly what one would think of when in a panic... =P
