Decent Server for the following setup

Hi Guys

Please help me with a decent spec for the fowlloing setup.

1.50 users (20 external)
2.Server 2008 RC2
3.Sharepoint 2010 standard
4.Exchange 2010
5.MS Sql 2008

Must have Raid and redundant power supplies etc.Thanks
