decoder 1131 baffling behavior

hi all please assist
my decoder has been behaving rather strange lately, I switch it off at night using the remote only to wake up in the middle of the night to find it playing,checking it out I see that the green led that illuminate when its on is off and the red led is on on but the decoder is still playing.when it started I dismissed it and thought tha maybe I forgot to switch it off but it has been doing yhis a lot lately , sometimes I come back from work and I find it playing being pretty sure I switched it off in the morning, is there any logical or technical explanation to this?

Sounds like RF interference causing your decoder to go on and off. Could be another remote control doing this.

Either that or you need to [-]exorcise[/-] exercise caution

Are you using a wireless remote blaster for the bedroom TV? We've actually once had two neighbours, with the same blasters, interfering with each other. Took them a while to figure it out.
