Decoder / TV combo

I'm in the market for a new TV (probably LED) and looking at getting satellite TV while I'm at it. Has anyone ever heard of or bought a TV and decoder combo? If so, where? Do these exist?

What do you mean by combo? As in "built-in"? Doesn't exist as far as I know. You can always buy a TV at Game...they usually throw a free PVR in with the deal. That's a nice combo.

Game sometimes have a combo special with the PVR and TV.
