Decoder won't update

I have the DSD 933 ( I know its old, waiting for the new HD decoders in Jan/Feb) and the strange thing is it won't update. The manual update is greyed out, and the auto update never does anything. Set it to any time, I switch it off, nothing happens, leave it on nothing happens.

Any ideas?

This is my wild guess: they disabled the auto update becase it checks for updates automatically once a week during non-peak hours.

Our 1110 did that too.... but it eventually conked out so we had to buy a new one.
