Neotel has identified the cause of the problem and is working closely with its partners to find a speedy solution. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing

It's taking me several minutes to load any web page at all. Torrents seem to work (mostly) fine.

I use the internet to work from home and for this whole week I've had constant issues at work because of the speed. Even if the system doesn't give up retrieving data due to the low speed, I still work incredibly slowly compared to my normal rate. So not only am I battling speed 8 times slower than dial-up (I measured it), I am getting paid less for it too.

Also fed up with them (been having constant issues, empty promises, failing to deliver etc), especially when Enterprise Desk initially claimed/mostly do - nothing is/was wrong "On the Neotel media" - if they start with their FTP test ****** I wanna lose it - playing for time... :erm: And then after a while it all fixes it self? :erm::wtf:

So much for sorting out the problem, Neotel. 98 kbps after struggling for hours before Neotel's speedtest page would load.
