You won't find what you're looking for hosted in SA, unless of course you're willing to pay through your teeth.

What kind of capacity are we talking?

goodluck finding affordable uncapped dedicated or cloud hosting in this country.. the closest you will get is probably hetzner, but even then you are paying 845 a month for 2tb traffic and not a lot of storage space..
