Dedicated PhysX card?

I have a old gtx 650 lying around and my motherboard can support another gpu. Should i install the 650 alongside my gtx 960 and run it for physx only?

The gain from a dedicated physx card is crazy. I got a GTX 560ti laying around. Would it be possible with my main card being an AMD card ?
