Dedicated Server Hosting

Hi all

I'm looking for options regarding decent commercial / SME server hosting.
I've talked to a couple of the so called 'big boys' and, to be honest, I don't get a sense of comfort from their responses. In short I don't feel they are taking me seriously.

Anyone have any recommendations? We need server hosting and support and, if possible, call center functionality. I'd also like an entity that could look at the basic requirements and come up with something more than just 'we recommend 3 servers' and give me options around either renting VM space or buying tin.
The reason I'm posting here is because I have read comments regarding people preferring to host offshore in certain circumstances.

What exactly are you going to be using the servers for? Thats a very broad requirement

I didn't actually give any requirements in my post. The intent was not to flesh out requirements here but to get a list of service providers.
I'd expect to pay a lot more than I want to pay.

We use both Rackspace and Wired Tree, both are brilliant.

If you are clued up and know how to administer a server and will not need support Slice Host are really cheap and are really good and owned by Rack Space I think.
