im not a totally dissatisfied user. BUT I do think we need better service and I am getting sub 50% speeds for most of the time at the moment and want to add my name. Will that be ok..? I dont necessarily want to bring down the company, I just want more bandwidth, better service and less downtime (oh and lower prices of course)
