I removed and it let out bit of air. What is the use of it ? And may I use the battery now that I have removed it ?

Personally I would not touch LA but I suspect budget constraints, and as such:
google shopping already found cheaper in the same brand/make

Just saying that is kinda premium pricing for something that not gonna last.
 
With the current amount of power failures, a lead acid battery will last less that a year. Really NOT a great choice. Rather look at an all-in-one unit like the ecoflow

What inverter did you get?

I'm looking for a setup for my work stuff (monitors, laptop, etc)... Trying to stay away from a loud inverter, as it will sit in the same room as me.

I got this one. It has some reviews stating loud noise etc but I thought what the heck - let me see myself. I am fine with noise though but it is not meant for my usage
