The above program sneaked in below my radar on my Firefox browser and am unable to get rid of it i am technically handicapped so if someone, in laymen's term please help me and instruct me how to get rid of the app it will be greatly appreciated as i have searched Google and tried everything described but to no avail.

I am not so clued up with computers but want to know i i delete Firefox and re install it wont this program disappear? i also run Chrome and Opera and they are not infected with this malware?
