Can anyone help me I have deafult with Vodacom. I have payed it up last year but still showing up under my name, now I cant buy house due to this default. When asked Vodacom they say they will only move it next year march wich is 2012.

I think these kind of things is goverend by regulations that is imposed on the credit beauros like ITC. The record stays on your name for a certain amount of time before it gets removed. The whole point of Credit companies is to warn potential new credit suppliers of someone who has a bad payment history.
