What are you guys using to defeat the shapers and/or ensure privacy? So many ISP's are shaping, even though they sometimes deny it.

Surely someone has come up with a way to get around this that doesn't involve buying a proxy?

Like Chevron, I only use uncapped Business type of accounts these days. Or if times are hard then capped accounts. Standard uncapped accounts are not really good for P2P or streaming. But I think it's all up to what you use the internet for.

Besides all the MTN capacity issues, I needed an account that had good twitch streaming. So far IS based accounts have the best twitch streaming. My Netflix has also gone up in quality since getting this account.
